The Landscape of My Soul series, created between 2019 and 2020, represents a deeply personal chapter of my life. These oil paintings on paper—soft, ethereal compositions in calming pastel tones—mark my first steps into abstraction. They emerged as I navigated the profound challenges and joys of becoming a mother, offering me a space to heal from postpartum trauma. Each brushstroke was a quiet act of self-reclamation, a way to process the overwhelming emotions of this new phase in life. These abstract floral forms feel like whispers of solace, born from an intimate dialogue between my inner landscape and the universal themes of growth and renewal. A few pieces from this series are still available, each holding a fragment of this transformative journey.

ABSTRACT MINIS

The Abstract Minis collection is a heartfelt tribute to my beloved friend, who I lost to cancer. Created with acrylic and pastel pencils, these 18 small artworks symbolize each year of our cherished friendship. Infused with a floral aesthetic—an homage to her love of flowers—these pieces became a way for me to process grief while celebrating the beauty she brought into my life. Each miniature painting is a quiet celebration of her spirit, a visual poem that captures our connection and the vibrant essence of her memory. Through this collection, I found a path to healing, preserving the joy and love we shared in a form that blooms eternally.
